I will say it ONE LAST TIME.... Read carefully, please.

I said that Linux application developers have failed to work on the same problems and issues and have issued new versions for applications and programs. Why don't they just stay at the same version if it is not changing? How long is NetworkManager going to suck?!? Some of them should drop everything and ONLY WORK on wireless and audio.

I bought a wireless Intel card. Just haven't replaced my notebook yet.

I did contribute. I gave advice and suggestions.

If I could write code, then I would.

How's it compare to Arch boot up? I'm very tempted to give this a try.. I've been wanting to reformat when I set my /home to EXT4 and now my XP won't see my /home

Without compiz enabled, Jaunty takes about 20 seconds to be fully usable - meaning from grub menu to no hdd activity. I don't know how long your Arch takes but isn't this sick? :D

I googled about reading/writing on EXT4 from XP, but it seems like nobody has solution yet.

20s? That's very, very sick. Especially for Ubuntu. I made the mistake of putting both / and /home in EXT4. I should have put only / in ext4. Is there anyway I can convert EXT4 to EXT3?

I'm giving Ubuntu a try for sure

I just updated from (k)ubuntu 8.10 and gotta say...updater crashed like 3/4 of the way through so I had to restart the update. After much frustration and having to manually poweroff the computer and turn it back on because NFS was being retarded it seems to work just fine now.

LOOOOOL, nice epic fail on linux_logo guys
