I installed Fedora but I cannot get Fedora working with the Wireless adapter in my dell. I have the Dell wireless card.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

If it's Broadcom based like most of the Dell branded adapters, you probably need the (proprietary) Broadcom STA drivers. These are known to be unstable on some kernels...
    Broadcom.com - 802.11 Linux STA driver

The build instructions are in the readme. Good luck.

I never had stable luck to get a broadcom card to work in ubuntu. Sometimes it work, sometimes it did not. So I caved in and bought an intel wifi card 5100 of ebay for 20 bucks. Work like a champ, thats my experience with broadcom.
