Hi, people! I have Lenovo Thinkpad x60s and 60 GB of hard disk space on which I have two partitions, one with Linux mint 8 gnome, and other with KDE. I want to install Windows7 over the whole disc, but I says it is all formated as Fat32, and it needs to bee NTFS, How do I do it from Mint 8, and how do I make Windows 7 install on the whole disc? That is, how do I remove all the partitions and make it NTFS and install Windows 7?
Your answers will be much appreciated!!!

install gparted and ntfsprog from synaptic package manager
first make sure your HD is unmounted..
then in gparted select your drive..and in the window..right click on it..and then format to>ntfs..
hope this helps.. -
If you want to format the entire disk to ntfs, the easiest way to do it is to run gparted from a live cd. From there you can format your entire hdd.
Can't go wrong with system rescue cd, although you'll have to type "startx" to operate within the gui.

I totally second v1k1ng1001's live rescue cd recommendation. I use it a lot for operations like this and I think it will save you time.
Boot from the live disk, run gparted, and examine your available hard drive. Delete all the partitions. Make a new partition from all the available space and set it to be of type NTFS. Then commit your gparted operations (if you haven't already), shutdown, and boot from your Win 7 installation disk.
