I installed the IPW2100 package from debian. Now how do I get the wireless working ? I do not see this wireless card in network manager.

    On modprobe ipw2100, I get

    Code:
FATAL: Error inserting ipw2100 (/lib/modules/2.6.18-5-686/contrib/ipw2100/ipw2100.ko): Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg)
    And on dmesg:
    Code:
    ipw2100: Unknown parameter `ifname'
I followed the instructions for debian (step 7) on
    http://jrblevin.freeshell.org/linux/ipw2100/
And yet I'm getting the error.
