    Its Crunchbang It uses openbox, which is really fast, and its based on Ubuntu.
    I'll still distro a lot, but I think I'm set :)

    Its using 150Mbs RAM, Fx has 8 tabs, and pidgins open.
    Its fast to.

    only 32 bit huh? doesnt seem to be a big project...yet. :D
    the color scheme in the screenshots looks really bad to me tho. still ill give it a shot since its a "faster" ubuntu. i hope that iso supports live cd!

    What do you mean "only 32 bit"? There arent many 64 bit distros....
    And yes, it is a live cd.
    What do you mean by having faster in quotations?
    Its literally much faster then ubuntu in every way.

    what do you mean what do i mean? what i said is pretty straight forward -_-' its only 32 bit and no 64 version.

    i put faster in quotes because i have not tried it not. i only know what the website says.

    I can't complete a simple update because it's missing the ubuntu-desktop metapackage.

    A lot of distros on't have 64 bit versions, even some like SuSE and Red Hat Don't, Debian doesn't, Slackware doesnt, and those ARE major(and serious_ projects.
    Just go to synaptic and apply all updates.
