A quick Google search gives the manufacturer as MTW... I saw a similar thing (with an Atom processor and Windows XP) up for sale in eBay UK, though I reckon someone has bought it already.
And it really looks like the AirBook released a few years ago

Yup, had one from another company. Not bad overall, screen is weak and trackpad is completely unusable.
