    Hi,

Can any Linux LiveCD allow me to restore a Registry point made by XP Home SP2's System Restore? Thanks.

To use system restore from a boot cd, you'll need to aquire something like 'Hiren's Boot CD'

    Try googling it.

Linux won't be able to help you with a windows restore point, so far as I know.
