I'd like to install these op. systems on my netbook (atom dual core N550) and considering the size of 250 gb of my hd I have to decide how divide the disk.
What about a primary partition for windows 7 (Only o.s., without applications and utilities) of 30 gb. and an extended partition of 220 gb in which I'll create 3 or more logic partitions for Linux and Data ?

half and half it.....you don't need that much for Linux.
I done an install last week on a new Acer one 751 and i installed Ubuntu parallel to win7.
Install option next to other OS and then move the slider where you want it...
Linux will create 2 partitions ext4 for Ubuntu and Swap and reduces the partition for win7... had no problem at all with it -
If you install something like the window installer wubi ubuntu linux then you don't even need to worry about repartitioning.

Better to create the Windows partition larger than the Linux one. I run both on my office desktop, and the Linux partition can read/write the Windows partition, but it's a bit tricky to get R/W access for Linux on Windows.
