    Wow! I just downloaded the RC LiveCD to take on a trip with an older laptop 3 days ago, (Though, I used BackTrack 4 Final most of the time), and they're already out with the final version. Nice job, Mint Team!~

    The RC reached final about 3 days after release -everything after that was testing. I've been running the RC and have a modified version on my family's desktop - newly converted from Windows, they love it :)

    I really like the community edition of mint based on xfce because it is a much lighter and snappier alternative to xubuntu.
