I am posting this from Moblin on a flash drive in my EEE. Apparently the browser is a version of Chrome. So far it is pretty nice but extremely bare. Is missing a lot of apps from other versions of Linux, Windows 7 ssd won't mount and can't log into Linux Home ssd.

Looks like a cool interface...better than the ubuntu nbr/easy peasy/xandros-style netbook OS anyway. But yeah, I think I'd still stick with eeebuntu.

I'm having a go with it on my Eee 901. I find myself disappointed that I cannot play the Youtube videos that come up on the first page. They require Flash which seems not to be installed (or is there no plugin for Chrome?)

I found the S/W installer but cannot seem to install flash as the package is not signed. Maybe when its a bit further along it will be worth another look.

I believe it is based on fedora and only works with the Atom and core 2 duo processor types.

Can you access fedora repos or are you pretty much stuck with what they give you?

Its not chrome. Its actually using the Mozilla Gecko engine for the web browser with a custom Clutter interface. Chrome uses the webkit rendering engine same as safari.
