This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    He doesn't care about wine. He doesn't use Windows, doesn't have a need for Windows apps. Wine is somewhat of an anathema to free software. It's great for Linux adoption, but falls into a category similar to NVidia closed drivers and ndiswrapper. He just doesn't care to deal with it.

    he should care about wine lol I bet he uses windows 'somewhere' unless he's told you personally otherwise. :D Seriously, I was just curious if he was doing anything on the web.....
