This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Noob question: When's the next Ubuntu release?

    I have Ubuntu 9.04 x64 and I thought the next release would have been 9.10 ad now i'm reading about 10.4? :confused:

    I really like using Ubuntu Netbook Remix myself. I guess I got bored with the standard Ubuntu desktop. I'm using it on my Acer AS1410 and my Dell Vostro 1400. It's just a different UI on top of standard Ubuntu and you can always turn it off and use the standard desktop.
