Ubuntu hasn't worked on my hostile laptop (see sig below for specs), so I've tried PCLinuxOS 2007, since I have little time for myself these days. PCLOS worked spectacularily, loading drivers for everything except for the wireless Broadcom card, which it recognised as being in need of the ndiswrapper.

Anyways, as I was going through the configuration steps for loading into the LiveCD, it said "wireless card: ndiswrapper driver for Windows" and then it opened a small file browser for me as though I should be able to locate it. What do I do about this, guys?

Grab the .inf for your windows driver and select that file. Can be found on your driver cd.

I have to find a .inf file related to the wireless driver in my Windows partition? Can you clarify that please?

Well, if it's on your windows partition, sure. Otherwise, it'll be on the wireless drivers cd.
