It's probably old news to you linux vets, but I found my beloved Picasa (beta 2.7) for linux. I'm returning to linux after about 5 years, and I must say it's come a long way. I'm think I'm going to start migrating, and leave a small Vista partition for gaming necessities. Really impressed this time around. If Wine can refine, I think MS should start worrying. All the eye candy these days is in Linux.
Back to migrating....I had high hopes for PCLOS, but had install problems with my wireless and BT mouse.....Ubuntu to the rescue, plus I'm a gnome fan so what the heck. Linux isn't Dumbed down, it's Smarted Up![]()

Does Picasa for Linux still include that WINE-like emulator? I think Picasa is a super program, intuitive and easy, but hate the way it works in Linux with the references to C:\ drive, etc.
Wow, if you haven't looked at Linux in five years... I started with Ubuntu Breezy (5.10?) about two years ago and it's made huge strides since then. You're in for a treat! -
I haven't set it up yet other than install it in linux. still moving partitions around, etc.....yes, it has come a long way since 02 when I was using libranet and red hat...
Being a Gmail user, I really love Picasa for the integration also
Picasa for Linux/other..
