I'm going to be preparing for the CompTIA Linux+/LPI exam in the upcoming weeks, and would like advice on which distro I'd be best using as a VM for practice. I'm pretty familiar with Ubuntu, Crunch Bang, openSUSE, and Fedora - I've used them all as my primary or secondary OS at some point or another. Right now, I think that either openSUSE or Fedora would be the better two options, as they're each related to an enterprise distro.

    What do you all think?

I passed Linux+ right after it was introduced, and back then it was pretty distro-agnostic. There were questions about both deb and rpm. The more important thing is understanding the basics of the shell and unix permissions concepts.
