I am trying to share my printer over our network. Currently our printer (HP PhotoSmart C5280) is hooked up to our file server running Samba on LinuxMint Daryna. I installed the printer and it is working fine on both my server and my Ubuntu 8.04 desktop. But, when I try to install it on my laptop running XP it cannot be added, giving an error message about not being able to find the printer. The laptop can see the file server with no problem but it cannot find the printer. Can anyone help?

I'm not sure about your problem but if you don't get help here yu can try your luck over at Ubuntu Forums which should have more knowledgeable people to help you out.
