Hey guys, I'm looking at rebuilding my Linux server from a FC6 to a Ubuntu server. What I want to try to do though, is share my media (mainly music) with my 360. I can do this with a program under my mac, but I also want to do this with my Linux box.
    Any ideas or suggestions?

I VPN a lot into my schools network for work so I can't always access the music and pictures on my laptop to play through the 360, thats why I need my Linux box to be able to function as my media server.

Note that it only works with unprotected Windows Media files at this time. You'll probably have to disable the firewall as well.

Thanks. I'll give that a try.
