During first boot Slackware correctly detects all my hardware, but after rebooting lsmod don't show some modules like ALSA or secondary network card, and of course both devices not work. What is the problem? Thanks

Most likely, your first boot was off the installtion disk, with its many drivers and whatnot, and your second was off whatever you actually installed, which was less comprehensive.

Have you installed the corresponding kernel-modules-2.6..... package? It is located at your installation CD in the directory slackware/a/
