    Can someone PLEASE tell me where I can find and how to install the driver for my wireless. I just switched from vista to Ubuntu.
    This is my wireless card:
    Dell Wireless 1397 802.11g Half Mini Card
    My aim name is amcage0 if anyone wants to help walk me through it.

    Go to a terminal(Applications>Accessories>Terminal). and type:
    sudo apt-get install b43-fwcutter

    You need to connect to the internet to install any packages on your system; hence why the above command didn't work. Do you have a wired connection available?
