I installed Linux Mint 11, Ubuntu 11, Backtrack 5 ..and none of this distributions works good ...I think theres a problem with my hardware. I am using Toshiba Satellite P750/0t3 ...When i install or boot linux ..laptops starts heating until processor temperature reaches 100 degrees and shuts down ..This might be a consequence of not installing the proper drivers., but i tries every single way to install Nvidia graphic drivers and none of them works..

Alright if you can't disable it in the BIOS, you can try using acpi_call to disable the card manually:
https://github.com/mkottman/acpi_call
Read the readme... use test_off.sh to find if any of the known methods work on your system.
Here is a guide: Acpi call - Hybridgraphics -

Nvidia has no love for Optimus on Linux.

Have you tried installing Jupiter? It can work wonders for battery life and heat. After installing Ubuntu on my macbook air, it overheated, the fan wouldn't stop and the battery life was poor. After installing Jupiter, the temperature stays at a reasonable level, the battery life is almost normal, and the fans does not turn on unnecessarily.

Limited options....
You can try these:

Bumblebee brings nvidia optimus GPU switching to Linux users -
Is this related to this? You can try setting pcie_aspm=force in the boot command line.

It might help by a small margin, but the OP has a system with optimus where the card is eating power and not even being used... anyway the possible solutions have been posted already.

What do you mean? I'm on 3.2-rc5 and it still needs all of those boot params to stop eating power.
The patch that reverts the earlier change won't get pulled until 3.3. Unless you're talking about something else. -
Mea culpa!
So yes, that will be a helpful workaround for power usage, but I doubt it will do much for CPU/GPU heat...
