So I downloaded Fluxbuntu, and I'd like to make it bootable via USB. Anyone know how I'd go about doing that? Also why is it so hard to make a bootable USB stick for linux, compared to a CD? Like I can get a bootable CD if I just burn it. Why can't I have a bootable USB stick by running a .bat file (or something similar)? Just curious.

Isn't it similar to what you did in the past with your USB stick?

Yeah, but I found a premade script that would install boot partitions; it only worked with Linux Mint. All versions are so differently packaged =(

I got tired of figuring out how to modify the .bat, so I got myself an external DVD burner, lol.
