the music store sounds great, as long as it's fairly cheap, and DRM free, which I am EXPECTING from Ubuntu.
fewer games? as long as they keep mines... I'm happy. -
Just installed by default. They're also removing Gimp from the default install. You can always add them from the repositories, they're just trying to use the space on install CD's more efficiently for programs that are more important (like OpenOffice.org and Firefox and such)

In the music section, it looks like they are using Songbird as the music player. I know songbird has an Amazon mp3 store extension. So, maybe they will like partner up with Amazon as their music provider? I never used gimp on linux but if it anything like the OS X version then it could stand to be a bit better with memory usage imho. I did use F-spot, which I read is replacing gimp as the default photo viewer, and I thought it was pretty good.
A bit ot but since I don't have a netbook, but a netbook sized and 10.04 peaks my interest more, can I use netbook edition on my device? -
if no DRM i'm right there supporting the Music store. Netbook Edition rename is a good idea. Rest is just install CD reorganization.
I'm using Xubuntu now though, great edition this time.
