    Hi.

I haven't got much experience with Ubuntu, so I thought I would ask for your help.

I have just received an XPS M1330 which came with Vista Home Premium 32 bit installed. I have certain Mathematical modelling programs which are only windows compatible, so I must keep Vista (sigh).

I also want to install the 64 bit version of Ubuntu on it.

I've set up the necessary partitions, but is it safe to have this mix and match of 32 bit and 64 bit (or should I just stick to 32 bit wrt Ubuntu) ?

    Cheers,
    Julius

There no problem with having two OSes one of which is 32 bits and the other 64.
