I installed Ubuntu on my M15X, i reformatted my drive for Windows 7 and Ubuntu is still available at the start up screen. I cant use Ubuntu not can i uninstall it

So, as I understand it, GRUB is still on your MBR, so you get the GRUB bootloader, but you can't boot Ubuntu. That would make sense, if the drive is formatted.
Have you installed Windows 7 yet? If so, am I understanding that you boot Windows through the GRUB bootloader? I would expect Windows to overwrite the MBR. And you should be able to fix that from the Windows disc.
Just boot from your Windows 7 CD, choose to repair your computer, select the command prompt, and enter bootrec.exe /fixmbr. -

Once u installed linux, you're not likely to get rid off it, it's capricious, sneaky beast :-D
If you're not scared proceed at steps guys above described.
