I've had to reinstall ubuntu a couple times due to various reasons, but for some reason, this time, ubuntu seems to be slower. It is definitely noticeable. When I log in there is a 3 second moment when the screen just turns to that salmon color with nothing loading up. Also it seems when I click on a program it takes a lot longer to load up from what I briefly remember from my previous times in linux. Even opening up the home folder took quite some time for ubuntu to open up.
