Hi, I'd like to know if there is anyone that has succesflully undervolted his cores via linux phc.
I've just been applied the phc patch and then I'm about to lower the voltages at the different frequencies available for my cpu (2000, 1600, 1200, 800)
I've found, for this aim, a very useful app: phctool

how did it go?

Yes, works fine for me. I had already figured out the voltages beforehand using RMClock under Windows, so I had no use for the various tools/GUIs. Just converted the values and write them into /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/phc_controls via rc.local.

nice, thnx for the link too archer, been putting off non-microsoft oses simply cos all the undervolting and fan tools are easy to get n use in windows.
