I checked my BIOS to see if I could boot from a USB port.I have four listed USB FDD, USB HDD, USB KEY, and USB CDROM.Which one do I boot my USb flash drive from,USB FDD?This is my first attempt at making a bootable flash drive to run Linux.I am waiting for my flash drive to arrive,so I wanna be prepared.Any advice or tips I should know to format the flash drive to make it bootable?I was wanting to run Mint 10 RC Julian, but I think a better choice will be Ubuntu 10.10.

Thanks.Does it matter which port I use?I have four,2 in back and 2 on the side.Does a puter scan all four for the USB drive?
