With all due respect for people's preferences, the Kickoff menu is retarded.

    I like the default menu.

I've always preferred TastyMenu, but I'm giving Kbfx another chance right now

EDIT: I agree about kickoff....I'd prefer any of the others....default is option 1 btw :D

    Kbfx is growing on me.

I don't care what the R&D folks at Novell say, kickoff just slows you down. :D

When I was using kde I actually prefered the kickoff. I use only a few applications and so i put them in the favourites section which comes up when u click the kickoff icon and if I want to launch any other application i just search it in kickoff which is fast but I agree, going through those menus is a pain in the a**

I think TastyMenu is the best of all worlds. Kbfx is ok, but I'm going back to TastyMenu (what a name! lol) ehhhh, let me check the Kbfx themes one more time..... :D

I assign most of the applications shortcuts using the Winkey, so I don't use the KMenu much. But when I do, I just use the default menu. The other menus are unnecessary considering how rarely I use the menu. Maybe I will look into them though. I think I've tried Kbfx, but search-oriented menus, such as SUSE's, aren't really appealing to me. I'll have to check out the Tasty Menu though.
