    Why doesnt ubuntu studio come with working wifi drivers when normal ubuntu does??

    im tired of posting '10.04 lts studio 32 bit intel 5*00 etc'

    Its ALL of the ubuntustudio distributions, NONE of them come with configured wifi drivers! i dont understand how to install them normally at all, it seems to not even have an IP address configured, or detect the card at all.

    whereas on any normal ubuntu release it works immediately after install!
    anyone noticed this? what is the deal, why make it so different?
