I have used 60GB (don't ask how), I have 90GB Free. however, I can only shrink it by about 10.6GB. I wanted to use ~ 30GB as a FAT 32 system to share between Vista and kubuntu, and the another 30GB for linux, so Vista could have the last 30GB. .. or approximately that. (in the process of dual booting Vista/Kubuntu). I've cleaned up my drive and etc.. I'm new to this, so I don't know what's up. Any help would be much appreciated :)

It can only shrink it if there's no data in the way... try defragging first, then shrinking. If it still doesn't give you the space you need, rinse and repeat.
