    Will it? I'll be partitioning my Hard Drive, probably in FAT 32, maybe NFTS, would Ubuntu be able to mount a NFTS partition, if I were to download extra software(or even better, can it do it out of the box)?
    If GRUB DOES actually get lost in the process, I need to install Windows XP by Christmas anyway, so any advice on how to get it back would be great, since I wouldn't like to loose this partition, and I am quite dependent on GRUB...
    Thanks in advance,
    EMZ=]

    Call me stupid, but how would one go around doing that, without installing the whole operating system again?
    Should I just Google for the commands?

    Oh so it looks as if they wanted it to be grub.
    Because it would normally be "GUB" if it was a true acronym.
