Hi everyone, I'm trying to install WINE on my Linux OS (Ubuntu 9.04). I was following this guide:

    http://tuxarena.blogspot.com/2009/06/3-ways-to-install-latest-wine-in-ubuntu.html

I did the first method, and I pretty much have everything but I don't know where to find the "key" that authenticates it (the one you get a warning about). I've done this before for Firefox 3.5 but I can't find the one for WINE. I'm still new to Linux so this stuff is hard for me (although the solution is probably simple).

Also, if anyone else wants to help further, can someone tell me how I can get Warcraft 3 TFT running on WINE? I'm probably gonna look at guides once I have this thing "fully installed" but I just wanna see if I can get help in advance.

    Thanks for reading.

Just so you know, Cedega runs Warcraft 3 without issues, I play on it all the time.

Alright so WINE is installed but I'm not sure how to install WC3. I have my CD keys and I have them available online but I don't get my WC3 CDs (ROC/TFT). Blizzard allows you to download the installer online, but I tried using Wine to run the installers and it wouldn't work and gave me an error. Does anyone have any idea what I can do? Step by step guide would be appreciated :)

wine 1.01 is in the PLCLOS repositories...so I would install it through synaptic. I'm sure it's in the Ubuntu repos also.
