    the .bin file for bios a02 simply cannot be found or does not exist on the dell website.
    has anyone installed it under linux, have a link? or do i just have another reason to get windows working?

    So, do you have to have that particular BIOS to get Linux working, or something different than you'd need to get Windows working? I'm kinda confused. :p
