there is any guide explaining how to dual boot linux and windows in the same notebook?

Depends on the distro....my Ubuntu Guide covers Ubuntu + Windows.

Is a pretty good guide. There's also a guide if you installed Windows first. -
+1 for the APCMAG dual/triple boot guides.

I googled your notebook model and found a post a few months ago from you asking about your wireless card. Did you ever swap it out?
I dual-booted my Dad's brand-new Compaq a few months back. The Atheros 5009 wireless card was giving me trouble so I opened it up and dropped an Intel 4965 in. It worked like a champ. Vista saw the new device and got drivers (plugged into the internet via the ethernet port of course). And Ubuntu went online wirelessly like if nothing had ever happened!
I didn't even know about this BIOS blacklist stuff so luck played a part.
I wouldn't be surprised if your notebook has four primary partitions. If so, the first thing you need to do is make room for Linux. Delete the recovery partition (assuming of course you've burned recovery DVD's), use the Vista partitioner to shrink the Vista partition, and create an extended partition out of the free space. Then you can let Linux auto-install to the extended partition, or you can get fancy and make logical partitions for /, swap, and /home. Then manually install Linux. That's how I do it.
I use GParted LiveCD for my partitioning work.
Left out a lot of details. That's the broad brush version.
