This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I don't know if that's a Windows only program or not, but if you find there's trouble check out the Java based uTorrent. Runs on all OSes that support Java.

    No Bitcomet, but there is Bittorent, Azareus, and a few other programs you can use out there to do the same thing.
