Hello everyone, I’m getting ready to reformat out of vista to xp and I thought about taking advantage of my 2 partitions by installing linux on one. My main question is what version should I install? I mainly want linux for wep cracking for when I’m stranded out in the middle of nowhere and in need of the internet. Also, where do I get m1530 linux drivers?

Wep cracking? Isn't that illegal or at least against forum rules?
    What are your m1530's specs?
I recommend Ubuntu, you can find a guide in my sig.

WEP cracking is against forum rules and therefore should not be discussed.
