The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    my conky is overlapping itself with a double window

    sorry dont have internet on other linux comp so no screenshot.

    basically, my conky is overlapping itself and you can see two output conkys, one slightly offset from the other.

    I only have one .conkyrc file in the home directory. I only start one conky application. this is double checked by checking processes. I get two outputs. its really annoying me.

    anykno why?

    OMG ok I found out the problem.

    was playing around with conky file and accidentally left a tiny little space somewhere in the code under xftfont :size=<> between the ":" and the "size"

    so anuyway its fixed now.. geez
