    No real question here, Im just really curious as to how this setup will work with a mac os x, XP and vista machines as clients. Will be setup for print and file server duty. Sounds like it will be fun. :)

    I use 9.04 as a desktop sometimes... I like it just because it boots up so fast! Much nicer than previous Ubuntu versions. Hope they stick with it.

    Yeah the last I used was 8.04, Ive always been an ubuntu fan. I had the cube and everything working great on my IGP averatec until it died on me :(. I have always loved the efficiency of Linux, but as of now I'm pushing Linux to server duty and not regular computing duty (I'm a vista fan ::flame suit activated:: ). Plus how can you beat efficiency, stability and it being free/open source!

    ::Screams in agony::

    Yeah it works for a work horse OS, pretty decent for software dev and remote management for work.

    ...Vista? What is that? Is that some sort of program you have to pay for or something? ;)

    Linux gets even better if you throw Windows out the... well, window.

    Ill agree its a great os, but vista works just fine for workhorse and play duties. Although I do find myself having alot of fun with the ubuntu server atm.:GEEK:

    Sound like it will be an experience for sure. At work, I just got a Mac domain setup, and Windows machines running on it. I haven't had a chance to try out an Ubuntu server yet though.

    I'm looking forward to trying it out. I'm still stuck on 8.10, download away, lol. :)

    Nice post! I only use Xp for gaming...I'm all for Ubuntu, Kubuntu, etc! :D

    Shouldn't the last "letter" of your location be 01100100 instead of 01101110 ?
