Wondering if anyone here has an x60 with ubuntu running on it. Can't wait to put it on, I've heard mixed things about it wondering if anyone on here tried it out.

Provided it has the Intel wireless card, I really can't see you having any troubles at all with running Linux on that machine.

Not done it myself, but co-workers have done linux on the x60 without problems. IBM has very good support for linux generally since they typically use good quality HW components. That is, when IBM was making the x series thinkpads. Lenovo seems to have not deviated on the thinkpad line too much yet...

Yea the first sign of things to come is the widescreen T60, if it has good build quality then the rest of the Lenovo thinkpads should be good.... probably....hopefully.
