    The biggest difference is the graphics, the 1029 sports a X700 and the asus sports a "nVidia GeForce 7300 64MB Dedicated, 256MB Turbo Cache" What is turbo cache anyways? And which is better?

    the x700 will blow the 7300 away. the GeForce 7300 is the entry level card from Nvidia's 7 series. the x700 is a mainstream card.. i expect at least 1000 points difference in 3dmark05. Turbocache means some of the video ram comes from the system ram.

    In my tests, 1000 is almost EXACTLY the difference in these two systems on 3DMark2005.

    Sweet! I guess I will go with the X700, the game I will only play is World of Warcraft...but I do spot CS every once in a while.
