Hi,
I can't find much information about this so I thought I'd might as well ask.
1) Place where charger connects to pc; "charger port" looks as if it's sagging once the charger is plugged into it.
2) Once I play a game (gtx 1080) on ultra settings my idle temps go from 30-30 to about 50-50 and NEVER go back down. I'm using it on a table none the less. Once in game however, the temps go up to ~70 degrees on both the CPU and GPU. Which seems pretty high even when I undervolted my CPU (phoenix's post).
3) Do I need to update my bios? If so how?
4) Every time I restart my computer, my backlit changes color. Could that be because of the steel series engine not liking the msi dragon center?
5) The spacebar seems to not acknowledge I hit it once in a while on the right side of it.
6) Anyone play Dreadnought on their laptop because it seems to create a lot of heat and the fans have problems compensating.
Thanks for all the help... hopefully!

1. Power connection is located on the back side. It's the port with 4-pin connection.
2. This is normal as long as you don't hit the max 90C which can cause spikes to performance during gameplay.
3. You can if you want, download BIOS to USB flash drive then flash it within BIOS setup.
4. Can you provide a screenshot on this?
5. This issue is possibly a design limitation, need more feedback from other users.
6. If temperature maintains a reasonable level then it's fine. Heat builds up from processing and fan works harder to cool off CPU & GPU. If it's not working hard then you have a real problem.GenTechPC likes this. -
For the power cord, when i plug it into the port, it "sags" and what I mean by that it's as if the power cord is pulling the charging port down.

I believe there is a slight sag. the connector is in place, but you an easily feel like the connector moves when pushed up/down. I had the same situation with my GT80, but never really had problems with near 2 years of use. My GT73 has not shown any issues at all yet.GenTechPC and Kevin@GenTechPC like this.

I have a question guys after finally getting my GT73VR 7Re all set up, I am running a 960 Evo 250GB as OS drive w a pair of Toshiba HG6 128gb in raid 0, I have to make some bios changes so the raid 0 array becomes active/create it.
There is one driver which I have not had success installing which is the Intel vga driver, I get:

Are UMA graphics enabled? (Enabling is manual, not like Optimus, and requires a restart.) -
Not sure i ran userbenchmark and it showed the 1070gtx was active during benchmark. I'd also assume the uma graphics is not enabled as i have not enabled it and even if it was why would i be having issue w that driver installation following a clean Win 10 install.

The UMA graphics have to be enabled to be able to install the driver. If you're running solely on discrete graphics (i.e. UMA disabled), the Intel setup will not install the driver for the Intel graphics. -
Can 960 Evo 250GB and 128GB Toshiba HG6 running in RAID 0?
-
Well i hope it is possible as i plan to run the pair of HG6 in raid 0 w the single evo as os drive. Howver i see why you question it as i have not ywt done

I wait for its development

I think I was incorrect in my assumption. , Looks like I will be going with original plan and ordering up a second 960 Evo, selling the pair of HG 6 drives and tossing in the 525 MX300 M.2 for storage since I removed the 1TB HDD
