    Well all,
I'm looking to buying my next gaming laptop. I'm not into serious intensive gaming I just like to play War Thunder and World of Tanks from time to time. I mostly will be doing app development and photo-retouching using Visual Studio, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. One of the things I'm really concerned with is with how hot the CPU & GPU get cutting down on the life expectancy of the computer. I normally keep my computers for 5 years or so and I would like to know if it will last me that long. I know that for that time I wouldn't have the most cutting edge hardware, but that won't matter to me. I'm leaning towards the MSI GS70 Stealth Pro-096 in the Red with the 3 MSATA 256GB and 1TB 7200RPM HDD and the 6GB GTX970M. I'm just concerned about the heat and how it will effect the lifetime of the computer. I'm not looking to have to go out there and buy a laptop cooler because in my opinion if I do that I might as well go ahead and spend more money and buy the GT72 Dominator Pro if I'm going to have to go out there and carry something with it to keep the laptop cool. Any suggestions or help y'all can offer will be greatly appreciated.

I have the GS70-099 model and it rocks. I have no heat issues when playing games: Diablo 3, WoW WoD and FFXIV ARR, the temp is in the 70 - low 80s.

A cooler isn't needed and you don't have to carry a cooler around if you have one. I use a laptop stand at home and have a Cooler Master NotePal U3 I use at my GF'S place.

    My setup is i7 4710 16gb 970m 6gb 2x 500gb (Raid 0), 1TB msata and 1TB HDD.
