I'm looking at amazon's website at the GX620 here http://www.amazon.com/MSI-GX620-001US-15-4-Inch-Laptop/dp/tech-data/B001N44U9O/ref=de_a_smtd and if you look at the tope part where the power button is it looks totally different they say the one on neweggs website seen here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834152086

Are their 2 different ones? I really like the one on amazon's site, but hate the one on newegg's website. I was thinking about getting the one from amazon but I don't want it to look like the one from newegg. And for people that have this laptop, is it a real brick to carry around?

I think there are three versions for the U.S.: The GX620-001, which is the silver one, has a P8400 for the CPU and a 1280x800 screen, the GX620-038 and the -098. The latter two are the red ones, have p8600s and the 1680x1050 screen. The only difference I saw between those two on MSI's web site was the 038 said 5.1 sound over the HDMI connection, the 098 said 7.1.
There is also the 1651, which is the barebones version of the 620. It's pretty much all black (or is it black and silver?), I think, but it seems to be more expensive these days than a comparably equipped 620.
I would have preferred the silver look, but with the rebates the 098 (red) was the same price as the 001, with a better CPU and higher-rez screen, so I'm living with the red.

It's actually a fairly light laptop, for it's size. The number I saw was 5.7 lbs, but I'm not sure if that included the battery. To be safe, say 6lbs.
