Sites like engadget has articles about modded Synaptics drivers and official HP synaptics drivers that will enable two-finger gesture, etc. I've tried a few but no luck.

If any one has tried it and it worked please post. (Mine is 64-bit OS which can also be an issue. So please also post your OS version)

I tried it on my GT627 (while on XP 32bit), some features work, but the touchpad in my notebook is too old to support the best features.

I guess you have the same problem.

MSI must have saved money by using old parts.

Don't know if you could buy a touchpad on ebay and replace the stock one.

For me, it sounds interesting. But I don't use my touchpad at all so I'm not even bothering. Not sure about anyone else but I've had all sorts of compatibility issues and driver problems with Win7 64bit. Don't wanna add anymore issues!

I updated my synaptics drivers out of the box to see if I would get multi-touch. But I didn't. I did get to adjust scroll speed and you could also add corner tap, but I have no use for that.

But that update was 5 months ago. I'll check tomorrow if there are any new updates.

    No new updates :-(
