Eurocom sent me half heatsink D:

hello :

i purchased from eurocom ebay AKA upgradeyourlaptop a heatsink for the gtx 1080 and its supposed to come with both cpu and gpu heatsinks because gtx 1070 cpu/gpu hs wont fit properly. but it came without the cpu heatsink so i sent them an email but havent got any response so far . what should i do ? also just in case if anyone has this cpu heatsink that wants to sell me feel free to pm me

You can besides try to open a return if you want, but I doubt this is a best scenario situation

If listed as having both, then you can open an item not as described case, or a paypal case if you truly want an end all scenario, but I wouldn't recommend it unless there is nothing else you can do

 

You can reach out to Eurocom and see if they can ship one to you.
