    hello,
    for people wanting a 15.6" high end MSI laptop, I ran into this :

    This is the GT60 (barebone maybe) 970m version, the 980m shouldn't take long to be revealed.


    We had info on a SLI version, does anyone have info on a revamped, redesigned 15.6" version à la GT72, different from the actual GT60 ?

    That's one very confused link, gt60, 17.3", retail gt70 pictured but listed as barebone.

    Didn't really understand what you meant, but the CPU is upgreadable, they put the 4710MQ and not the usual 4700MQ, they upgraded the GPU from 870/880M to 970M, BOTH the CPU and GPU are upgradeable (socket + MXM) for the MSI GT60
