    GT72 Dominator Pro - 980m Code 43

    so my dominator pro has the a 4980hq and a 980m gtx. i'm having a hard time getting the GPU up and run with the drivers. if i install any driver whether it be the one shipped with the laptop or the newest nvidia drivers i get a Code 43 and this error message within device manager:

    "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. If you meet error “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. ( Code 43)"

    has anyone dealt with this probleM? i've tried both win7 and win10 and still get the same problem. i can boot into windows no problem and it displays. but the gpu is disabled due to the error.

    any help is appreciated.
