Hello guys, I ran into an interesting problem with the new MSI laptops. MSHybrid is selected by default in the Gpu Switch setting in the General Settings section of the Dragon Center software. When we change this setting to Discrete Gpu, the computer shuts down. However, when the laptop is turned back on, there is no picture on the screen. This could be a bios or software problem.

Solution: Press and hold the Power key for 30 seconds after the laptop is turned off and the adapter is removed. Bios settings will be reset. The laptop will be turned on again and the screen will be displayed. The laptop will use the graphic cards as hybrids again.

This issue can be resolved if a new Dragon Center or bios update is released.

MSI has released new bios update. This issue has been resolved with this update.

And with the latest released vbios, you can no longer access administrator mode.
