The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. As i investigated before I don't even think that VBIOS was really flashed. But BIOS and EC firmware was - for sure. And in my Opinion they are somehow communicating with each other and something went wrong... It is a software issue, so the point is to find another software solution to fix it... but I don't know how...
Have you tried doing a blind flash? Basically you boot from a bootable usb drive and force the old bios back on the card. Set up a bootable disk to boot into DOS, make sure to put the atiflash app on there as well as the original bios and then type:
atiflash -p -f 0 originalbiosname.rom
Let us know how this goes. Also, maybe you want to try clearing the system's cmos by disconnecting the battery on the motherboard after the main battery and power have been unplugged.
