    How Many m2 Ssd can you Install in Msi Gt80s Titan

    I just got an msi gt80s titan gtx 980m sli which has 2 pci express m2 ssd in raid and i replaced the 1tb hdd with 2tb.

    i want to know can i install another m2 pci express ssd to the slot which is near the hard disk or is that a m2 - sata only slot .

    its very confusing as i cant return the ssd once ordered so want to be sure .

    some help is appreciated please

    The slot next to the hard drive is m2 only, not pci.

    so basically that is a m2 sata interface then ....

    what about the area which hosts 3 pci express m2 , can i install a 3rd pci express m2 , i heard that it causes heat issue as on both the m2 ssd there are thermal pads installed.

    why is this .
